Your appointment is reserved especially for you. So if you forget to show or cancel without notice, our team and our clients miss the opportunity to use that time. We understand that schedules change and therefore appointments need to be adjusted. Please make your changes at least 24 hours ahead so we can handle our books efficiently and so you can avoid any cancellation fees.

Cancellation Fees

• Less than 24 hour notice = 50% of reservation total

• No shows = 100% of reservation total

• All deposits taken may be applied in full toward any appointment rescheduled within ~one week after the original appointment

Last-minute Booking?

If you booked within 24 hours of an appointment, you have 2 hours after booking to cancel without fee. Otherwise, you will pay 50% of the reservation total.
